Kaikōura Helicopters Hunting charters

The Kaikōura region is host to an abundance of wild game throughout the Seaward Kaikōura ranges. Red deer, Chamois, goats and pigs in beautiful secluded mountainous terrain.

There are a selection of local huts, Bivvy’s and campsites available depending on your preferences.

Kaikōura Helicopters holds a concession to operate and land in all Department of Conservation hunting areas.

Our AS350 turbine helicopter comfortably carries 5 passengers with large storage pods. Alternatively, we have our smaller helicopter which is ideal and affordable for two hunters and gear.

Pricing starts from $1000 and varies depending on hunting location, group numbers and weight.
